a reader emailed me asking for some vegetarian recipes (i don’t eat meat, but do eat fish), in the hopes of going meatless two times per week to save on food costs and to lessen her family’s impact on the environment. i happily shared, but do have to share this one with everyone.
i don’t often cook anything out of bon appetit. rather, i use the magazine for inspiration (the images are gorgeous… i just love food pics). this last issue, however, contained a vegetarian black bean chili that i made last night. it was deeeeee-lish, if i do say so myself.
